By connecting at the contact details provided above –
(i) A request will be accepted
(ii) The Compliance Health Check up Fees will be required to be paid to the Bank account of the Blue Box Compliance through online banking transactions or through UPI link.
(iii) Payment Receipt will be issued to the email address of the Service Recipient
(iv) A preliminary compliance Report which will be prepared on the basis of status of company filings with MCA.
(v) The Compliance Health Check Up Report will be Reported in Three Colour Indicators – Green- Compliant (Good Health) Orange – Indicate towards either compliant or may move to non-compliant (Moderate Health) Red - Indicates strong compliance attention is required (Poor Health).
